The Amulet by Brian N. I would like to if I may, take you back to a simpler time, when the hustle and bustle of the big city and the technology was not as advanced as it is now. It is in 1942 when this story begins. I am August Von Saxony, (aged 21) a German immigrant that is not Jewish by any means. I arrived to America on April 3rd, 1942 with little money, an ancient amulet passed down for generations, and a hidden S.S. uniform (I did not join by choice but rather by force).
